Dr. Elisabetta Picchi - Nutritionist
Hi, I'm Elisabetta Picchi, a nutritionist passionate about wellness, prevention, and mindful eating. I graduated with honors in Food Science from the University of Florence, after completing a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Siena, also with honors. I believe that nutritional education begins at an early age: learning to listen to your body, understand foods, and enjoy them in a balanced way is the first step to building a healthy and peaceful relationship with food. For me, teaching mindful eating means giving children—and their families—the tools to grow strong, curious, and happy, free from rigidity and guilt. Today, I collaborate with Bèbeboom to share content that helps parents navigate science, prevention, and good daily habits, always using simple, clear, and realistic language.
